Asphalt Plant Silos

Five insulated silos hold all our different types of hot-mix asphalt. Conveyors are used for transferring the asphalt safely and efficiently to the trucks.

Salt Dome

Since snow removal and de-icing are two of our most sought-after services, we keep an endless supply of quality salt stored to serve our clients during the colder months at a moment’s notice.

Aggregate Yard

Contains materials used for producing asphalt and on-the-job granular materials. From pit run products and quarry run products to 300-micron sieved sand and a two-inch size stone, you name it, we got it.

Asphalt Drag

After the material is mixed, hot, and ready to go it is transferred up from the underside of the conveyor belt and distributed into each allocated silo.

Divisions

With 400 different machines in our fleet and over 350 employees, specific divisions are necessary for efficiency. Our road-building crews, concrete crews, road removal crews, excavation crews, and more work together to get the job done.

Crushing and Recycling

Here recycled asphalt is crushed into a three-quarter inch minus product that is put back into our plant, recycled into our asphalt mix, and sold to our customers for gravel driveways or parking lots use.

Concrete Recycling

Our fully 100% recycled concrete is processed on-site for our customers to pick up for use on their work sites.

Mixing Chamber

The mixing chamber brings everything together! The stone, sand and recycled asphalt get heated up by a massive burner as the AC liquid gets integrated.

AC Tanks

These four AC Tanks hold approximately 200 tons of material each. Liquid AC is the curing agent in asphalt that allows it to harden and gives it its black colour on the road.

Feed Bins

Producing each asphalt mix requires a different recipe. These bins hold all the raw ingredients needed to make a particular mix of asphalt before being fed to the asphalt plant for the hot mix process.

Scale House

Supervising facility that oversees the entire production and loadout with our network of trucks. This is where customer requests, the mix recipes, burner control temperature, and speed are managed.
